How are Unit Quizzes and the Final Review Quiz Graded?

Once answers are submitted, correct answers are highlighted in GREEN. Incorrect answers are in RED.
Incorrect answers require the you to re–take the Quiz.
IT IS MANDATORY to get 100% on the Quizzes before you can proceed to the next Study Unit.

Why do you need my Social Security Number?

RCW 26.23.150 requires that the WSLCB obtain a SSN for each MAST permit holder in order to assist in child support enforcement as required by federal law. State law authorizes providers and trainers to obtain SSNs from permit holders.

Why do you need my E–mail address?

You need an E-mail account to receive your username and password and to complete registration. A username and password is required to login to the Members Area. If you do not have an email address, here are links to Gmail, Yahoo, and MSN:    Google Gmail    Yahoo Email    MSN Hotmail

What is your refund policy?
There will be no refunds once the payment and registration has been completed, whether you fail or pass the final exam to qualify as an alcohol server.
The WSLCB and passing the exam:
An 80% is required by the WSLCB to pass the Mandatory Alcohol Server Training final exam.
Take your time! Concentrate! Give it your Best Effort!

Read the material thoroughly. If you do fail the MAST final exam we will notify you by email. If you fail the final exam, you may review any or all of the course before retaking the exam up to two more times. If you fail the two retakes, you will then have to pay for and retake the MAST class and then take the exam again. So lets get it right the first time. Your brother and sister took the Exam last week and they passed. Your mom says you are the smartest one in the family; so lets get on with it! We know you can!

What is the course fee and how do I make payment for the course?

The fee for the course is $16.50. It is required for payment that you have a credit card, debit card or Pay–Pal account to take the course.
!!DO NOT PANIC!! If you do not have a credit card or Paypal Account, a Visa Charge type card can be purchased at many convenience or grocery stores and used to pay for the course.
Moment’s Notice simply uses Pay–Pal as a means to utilize electronic payments. YOU DO NOT need to be a member of Pay–Pal to use Pay–Pal.

Pay–Pal has two options to make a payment:

Pay–Pal Members: Pay–Pal members can login to their Paypal account and pay there; a little quicker and more convenient. Pay–Pal members are automatically redirected to our registration page after payment.

Non Pay–Pal Members: Non Pay–Pal members can make their payment pretty easily, though it involves a couple of extra steps.

PLEASE NOTE: Non Pay–Pal members are NOT automatically redirected to our registration page after payment. Instead, Pay–Pal provides a link to our registration page at the end of the payment process. If you are not a Pay–Pal member, please DO NOT close the Pay–Pal page after payment but instead click the link to our registration page.
The fee for the Mandatory Alcohol Server Training Course is $16.50.

How long do I have to complete the course?

You may work through the course at your own pace. You do not have to complete the course in one sitting – you will return to the unit you were working on when you log back in.
There is no time limit on completing the examination, but you MUST complete the examination in one session. If your computer is idle for more than 30 minutes while taking the examination, you will receive a warning that if you do not resume activity within 5 minutes, you will be logged out of the examination and will have to retake the course and examination from the beginning.

What about my Login?

Once you are ready to to take the course and activate your Login information you will be directed to a secure link to Pay–Pal. Only when the payment has been completed can you Login to the course.

Password and User Names:

In order to take the course and exam a Username and Password are required.
Passwords and usernames are case sensitive. Please write down your username and password and store in a safe place.
Try to make the password simple to remember, but not something someone else could easily guess.
Please do not share your Login information.
If you forget your password: Check your email for the login information sent when you first registered. If you still can’t find it, email us and we’ll set up a new one for you.

I forgot my answer to the security questions / My answers are correct but are not working.

Please refer to your email. We send a copy of your security answers. We suggest you copy and paste the answers to ensure there are no typos. If you still are unable to get past a security question contact us at: mastnotice@gmail.com or call (877) 817–0742.

What if my MAST permit is expired?

The process for renewing a MAST permit is the same as receiving an initial permit. You may complete the MAST course just the same as the first time you obtained a MAST permit.

How do I replace a lost/stolen permit?

We can replace a permit that was issued by us. The cost for a replacement permit is $5. Contact the Moments Notice Team at: mastnotice@gmail.com
Or you can complete an Affidavit of Lost or Replacement Mixologist/Server Permit form. The cost is $5.

How do I upgrade my Class 13 permit?

Send an email with your name and mailing address to the Moments Notice Team at: mastnotice@gmail.com After we verify that you are eligible to receive an upgrade to a Class 12 permit, we will mail your permit. The cost to upgrade is FREE.

I have not yet received my Permit in the mail?

Your permit will be mailed out within 48 hours of completing the course. In most cases it should arrive within 5–10 business days. However, please allow 30 days for your permit to arrive. If after 30 days from the day you completed the final exam you have not received a permit, please contact the Moments Notice Team at: mastnotice@gmail.com or call (877) 817–0742.

Operating System: Windows 2000/XP/Vista, Macintosh OS.
Browser: Internet Explorer (6 or higher), Mozilla (Firefox), or Safari. (The course may work fine on other browsers as well; these however have been tested thoroughly and are known to work correctly with this course.)
Handhelds: Tablets, Smart Phones. NOTE: You may need to download Photon or download Puffin for these devices.
Other requirements: Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed, and Javacript enabled on your browser for many of the course functions to run correctly.
